Very Rare Bouts of Insomnia

Like the title says I am having a very rare bout of insomnia. I'm actually very sleepy but I had some shit that had to be done before I could go to sleep. I'm so ready for it to be the weekend. I am hoping and praying that I will be able to get caught up on all my schoolwork this weekend. I am drowning in papers and tests and online assignments and quizzes. I swear I'm going to need a stack of scantrons just to get through the month of April. I am ready for it though. I am ready to really work hard and just get it over with. So I won't be on the president's list. Big fucking deal I have four more semesters left for that shit.

I really truly do feel alot better now that I have seen my dad. I am such a daddy's girl! I have my whole day planned out tomorrow!!! I'm going to leave you all with it and then I'm going to beddy!!!

9:30 am- wake up/get ready
10:15 am- drop off my samples at the lab and then get some cigarettes and diet dr. pepper in before class
11-2 pm- class!!!
2-3:00 pm- go to the library and finish studying for biology lab/ get any handouts that I missed from Dr. Escobars office
3:00-4:30-Biology Lab
4:30-5:15- dinner with Jordan, Marie and Allison
5:30- naptime
7-8:00 pm- Wake up and go to the library
8:00-12:00 am- Study Time!!!!!!!! Cram for English Exam
12-2:00 am- shower/facebook/blog/SLEEP!

About A Boy

I'm still very homesick, but this post is not about that it's about my day so get ready!

I woke up at nine like I said I would and I went to all of my classes like I said I would. I'm very proud of myself. I went to biology lab and saw hot lab assistant and it was just me and this boy named dwight who is very funny. I was glad potato head bitch didn't come. The experiment took forever and I was so glad to get out of there. Then I went to the cafeteria to see my homegirls Marie, Jordan, and the infamous Allison Percival. Then I went with Katie to check my mail and my keys finally came in so I gave the spare one back to the front desk. Then I went and had a real dinner with Jenaynay, Eriniqua, and Kory and then my stomach started to hurt. I went back to Steen and then Katie came to see me and we went to Cane's and I didn't have any chicken because I am poor and poor people eat in the cafeteria. Then we went to Wal-mart to load up for the partayyyyy tomorrow night. Poor people drink beer. Then I went over to Hall 14 to study for the bio test tomorrow. Jen and I were in the study room with Rachel and some really weird dude who was super smart. We left to take a break and Rachel shut the door and we were locked out for thirty minutes waiting for the hall director to come back with the keys. Now I am so fucking tired I could just pass out but I decided I'll just take a shower and fix my hair so I won't have to worry about it tomorrow. Besides I still have some reading to do for English tomorrow. I'm so far behind that I'm literally frightenend. It's my own fault.

I really just don't care anymore. I'm so ready for this semester to be over. I'm so ready to have a real job so I won't be so fucking poor anymore. Anyways here are some funny things that happened today:

I went to James' room to bum a smoke and it took him like five minutes to answer the door and I was like "what are you doing? and he was like "looking at porn" and I was like "ewwww were you jacking off?" and he was like "hhahahaha yea" so I Was like "can I just have a cigarette real quick?" and he was like trying to hand me one and I was like "oh hell no let me get it myself!" and then I ran away.


Then when I was in biology lab I was asking Dwight about this guy that I've known all semester but I've only known him as T.O because he looks like Terrel Owens and that's what all the guys in the dorm call him and then last night Marcus tried to tell me his name was Conception and I didn't believe him and then I asked Dwight and Dwight was like "Yeah that really is his name, what was his mama thinking?!?!"

Anyways I'm off to shower and then I'm going to read and get some much needed sleep. If I go to bed by two I will get eight hours of sleep exactly and that will be very very very very very nice!

Birthday Party of a Lifetime

I was pretty concernced that turning twenty was going to be traumatic. I would wake up thursday and just want to lay back down and cry. Instead Thursday was one of the greatest days I have ever had! I woke up and did my hair and got dressed. My roommate Erin had left me a happy birthday note on my desk which made me smile. I went to my two classes of the day (biology and english) I saw Jen in biology and we got out a little early and got Einstein's. Jen and I played hangman during class and worked on her experiment. Then I went to English where we talked about Ulyesses which is a poem by Alfred, Lord Tennyson. After class I went to Katie's apartment and then Katie took me out to lunch at Cane's which was really nice and delicious. We went to Wal-Mart which is always a fun experience. Then I walked her to work and I made a bet with Daniel that the Mavericks would beat the Spurs because they never lose on my birthday(well they used to never lose). Needless to say I paid Daniel a dollar yesterday.







After that I went to my room and finished cleaning up and putting up the decorations. I got lonely so I called Jen and Erin and then we were hanging out and talking and then they left to go get thier cards swiped at the ladyjacks game(in case you didn't know the more games you see the more prizes you get) Erin's probably already qualified for a free t-shirt. Just as they left Allison, Stephanie, Marie, and Stevie showed up so it was partying time. We blew bubbles and then bounced the basketball around and I ordered pizza. Erin and Jen came back and Palmer and all of the guys from next door came over just because they wanted free pizza. Everyone ate I watched some more of the basketball game and then we took the party over to Katie's apartment. Allison, Jen and I took some shots and I was pretty much gone within the first ten minutes. We tried to play King's Cup but it didn't work out very well because Jen was super ADD and nobody else knew the rules. Then James came over and that's when it started to get really funny. Just to recap you all James is my gay friend who says he doesn't like girls. We were sitting on Katie's floor and he goes "Kiss me!" and I said "Ewwwwwwwww no." and then he goes "Why is it because I'm UGLY?!?!" and I was soooooooo embarassed because the whole party stopped and everyone was looking at me in my birthday crown with my cheeks blazing. So I was like "fine" and I grabbed James face and kissed him which I remember doing but what I don't remember and what Katie had to tell me afterwards is that he was like "THAT WAS A REALLY PASSIONATE KISS!" So the rest of the night I was very angry at James and by this point I don't remember much besides me trying to choke him severel times, slapping him for flirting with Allison, and breaking two pair of sunglasses. Then Marie and Stevie left and so I was bummed and the party lasted for another 20 minutes or so before Jen and I were like not able to drink anymore and everyone else was feeling good. So Katie, Jen, Erin, James, Tim and I walked back towards Steen but Tim got mad at me for some reason and went off with Jen. So Katie Erin James and I are back outside Steen and I just wanted one last cigarette and by this time everyone was my best friend so basically anyone walking around outside of Steen was getting some loving from me. So I saw these guys that I knew because I've watched the mavericks game with them before and of course they were my "best friends" and I was hugging them and telling them that I loved them and everything. Well this is the part where it gets sort of fuzzy for me because next thing I knew I was inside Steen and this drunk girl who I had given a cigarette to was crying and Katie was crying talking about how one of the guys had a gun and said he was gonna shoot that drunk girl. I guess at the time for them it was really scary but it's just a testament to how drunk I was that I thought it was hilarious and just went to my room and peed and came back down happy as a god-damned lark. Well Katie and Erin had just called UPD and so I went with James up to his room because I really didn't want to get arrested. I tried to go to sleep because I just wanted to forget guns and life in general at this point of the night but Erin called and said the cop needed one of us to come downstairs so of course James went because he was not as drunk as I was. This is when I talked to James' roommate about how I'm supposedly in love with James. Then James comes back into the room and was like "it's time to sober up!" and I was like "noooooooooooooooo why?!?!" and it turns out the cop needed to talk to me because I supposedly knew these guys and thought they were my friends. So I went drank some water and peed and went down there and talked to that poor cop. He asked me some questions and I tried to act sober. After all of this we went back to James' room because I wanted Erin and Katie to see James' roommate who I was convinced was the hottest man on earth even though I hadn't even seen what he looked like because when I was in the room it was pitch black. So we walk into the dark room and I had my cell phone light and was flashing it in this poor boys eyes and I was like "HE IS HOTTTTTTTTT!" and then they turned on the light and he was like "hey what's up?" and it was just about the funniest thing that has ever happened to me in my life. Then I tried to steal his blanket and his pillow. He looks like a male model. I am in love. I ended up spending the nigth with James and I even woke up the next morning for my classes even though I was quite hungover.



In retrospect it was the greatest birthday party and greatest birthday ever. Wow it took my five days to write this post. Next up: Alex's Saturday night adventure with Allison.

15 Minutes

In 15 minutes I'll be 20. Ugh.

Today was a very good day. I don't know how tomorrow could top today!!! I went to all of my classes which were good I suppose. Went to Biology Lab which is always good thanks to biology lab assistant hottie pants face. Then I had dinner with Mariezy and Jordano. Unfortunately Hymen wasn't there.....sad! I saw a really hot guy that looked like Reggie Bush. Then we were watching this very funny video in the student center and this guy was like "I feel so bad asking this, but I really need 2 dollars and I'll give you these starbucks giftcards one has 10 dollars and one has 5 dollars I just really need 2 bucks" and I was like here's two dollars but don't worry about the giftcards. I thought it would be really unfair to take 15 dollars worth of giftcards just for 2 measly dollars worth of changed I scraped from the bottom of my purse. Then I went back to Steen and was sitting outside when Erin and Jen came by and we went to Wal Mart to get my cake and decorations for the partayyyyyy. The lady at Wal-Mart gave me the cake for free which was soooooooooooooooo nice! It has little mermaid on it!!!!! After that we came back to my room and were decorating and cleaning. Then we went to see Katie at Garner but she wasn't there. So we came back and then Katie came over and then we went back to Garner and then I went to Hall 14 with Jen where they were making cuppy cakes. I really should live in Hall 14 because it's way better than Steen. After that I came back here took a shower and now I'm about to read my poem for Brit Lit tomorrow, blow dry my hair and then go to sleep.

Only 8 minutes until I turn 20!!!!!!!

I'll Know I'm Alive

Basically I just woke up like thirty minutes ago. Whatever. I had some of the strangest dreams I have ever had in my life last night. First of all I dreamed that nobody came to my party and I waited like three days with the pizzas waiting for people to come. Then Prince Eric came and I was like "oh no, you're not getting into the party" and my mom was like "you have to let him in!". So then he started to eat all of the pizza. Then I dreamed that I was in my room and all the cats were on the roof and it was raining so I let them all in and it turns out none of them were my cats!!!! Then in my dream for some reason Jordan and Marie drove by Steen and Jordan was like "wanna go get wendy's alex?" and I was like "I still have a bunch of pizza left!" and they drove off laughing at me.

I'm going to do my homework............

Last night would have been suicidally(is this a word?) boring without Katie!

I Tried My Best to Leave This All on Your Machine

I was almost late for class. I went back to sleep after I took a shower just like I planned, but I didn't wake up until like five minutes before I had to leave. My class is way on the other side of the known galaxy so I had to hightail it. I get really pissed off in the mornings because the stairs that I walk down lead directly to the tour room where they show off the fake room to people that are taking a tour of campus. There's always a shitload of people down there and they seem to not understand that I am in a hurry and that they need to move the fuck out of my way. (my no-cussing policy has obviously left the building) So I come storming out the door today into a group of crowded touring assholes and I accidentely knocked into this one big bertha bitch and I was like "sorry" and kept going and she was like "Damn why you in so big a hurry?!?!" I seriously hope that after I shoved her she decides not to go here because the last thing we need on this campus is another girl that likes to walk slow and in everyone's way!

I made it to class. We didn't get our tests back which is just fine with me because I would rather not know what I made. Ignorance is bliss, and in this case I am fucking blissful. Went to American Government where we talked about a bunch of other shit I couldn't give less of two donkey dicks about. Finally made it out of classes alive, come to my room to just enjoy the peace and quiet that is 3:15 in Steen Hall. Everyone's either out having lunch, at class, or jacking off, whichever it is I'm just glad I don't have to listen to them.

I'm going to have a party in my room next Thursday to celebrate my twentieth fucking year of being alive. There's going to be food and drinks(non-alchoholic because I don't get drunk on Thursdays, oh and also that would be illegal because like I said above it's only my 20th birthday) we might do something fun, but I doubt it because I will be much too sad thinking about how I pissed away twenty years of my life being young and semi-retarded. If you're reading this you're invited, unless you are a creeper in which case stop creeping and get a life. Marie and Jordan are going to be there and you know that when they are there the party is on like donkey kong. Wear whatever the hell you want, and don't expect my room to look nice or anything because you're not that special.

Wow this post was extraordinarly venemous and I loved it.

Wednesday

So today sucked. I hated today. First of all the Mavericks are going to trade Devin Harris. That makes me sad because he's my fav. I love him. Also I did really shitty in biology and I sit next to this dude and all he does all flipping class is talk about what losers everyone else is. It really gets me down. My lab assistant is still hot though. He was totally talking about spermenation or something, it was hot. He's hot.

Then I went to dinner with Marie and Jordan and something so horrible happened that I can't even write it in my blog. So then I did a video confession about my day in Jordan's room. Then we took crazy pictures.

I really wish that I had something interesting to talk about but I really don't. My daddy is coming from D-town to visit me tomorrow so I am happy about that!!!

Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting

So I just woke up, and I'm eating a very nutritious breakfast of m&m's with diet dr. pepper. I really don't feel like walking all the way to the cafeteria.

So last night I was hanging out with Marie & Jordan and thier fried Stevie was there and she was talking about Dane Cook and how he has this joke where everyone has a friend that they all hate. Like "Oh my gosh Brian's coming to the party! Ugh I hate Brian!" and everyone's like "yeah we know but we couldn't just not invite him" and then Dane Cook's like well if you never hear that then you're that friend. So now I'm going to be very paranoid for like the rest of my life about being "that friend". Why do people even have to have a "that friend" anyways!?!?! I mean if you don't like the person, and you hate hanging out with them than you should just tell them so that they won't waste thier time and they can go find real friends that like to hang out with them right?!?!?!?!?!?!? So anyways I read this really good bible verse last night before I went to bed and I wanted to share it with everyone before I start on my day of cleaning and studying........

Getting Crunk!

Ugh I am seriously tired. I feel really good about today because I didn't cuss as much as yesterday. Although I had a few slip ups, but it's going really good. I haven't been on facebook either!!! I went to class and then played tennis with Eriniqua and Jenaynay which was fun although we didn't get to play that long. Then they went to some banquent and I went and saw Bee Movie with Jordan & Marie. It was a really good movie, although I almost fell asleep. Then we went to this bathroom next to the ballroom in the student center because Marie and Jordan didn't believe me that there were couches in there!! Then I had a really bad gas problem which was hilarious. Then I went and saw anotherrrrrrrrr movie with Erin and Jen (Fool's Gold) which was not as funny as I had anticipated, but it was really action packed and suspenseful. Then we went to Wal-mart where we saw some crackheads and a man that looks like Deron Williams. Then we harassed some people walking on the side of the road. Now I'm about to go get my beauty rest!!!!!!!!!!

I just had inspiration for a good story so I'm going to jot that down along with my other 695968948 ideas.

I'm also about 1/4 of the way through the first book of LOTR, which is kind of dorky I know, but it's getting interesting!!!!! I totally missed my meditation today, but I guess I'll do it now before bed even though it's technically Saturday already!
